Back2ITSM? Why not go back to the front line?
The way that best practice is delivered and shared is flawed, and so Back2ITSM should be welcomed by the industry. However, in our eagerness to find answers from our peers, are we ignoring a resource much closer to home that can teach us exactly what the business needs - and what is causing service delivery failures.

Don’t throw away ITIL just because of 'new' challenges

Why it’s not too late for IT to embrace mobile (without compromising the infrastructure)
Recent research from Gartner suggests that IT operations who are considering shifting emphasis to mobile are already too late, citing the fact that the installed base of mobile PCs and smartphones sailed past the number of desktop PCs as far back as 2010.
